Polyamory+ Victoria Social Event

3rd Sunday of the month. Join us for a relaxed evening of social engagement with fellow Polyamorous, Ethically Non-Monogamous, Relationship Anarchist, and intentional relationship enthusiasts. We are inclusive of the LGBTIQ+ community and welcome individuals of all sexual orientations and gender identities. It's a perfect opportunity to share experiences, make new friends, and enjoy meaningful conversations in a welcoming cafe environment.

We, the volunteers at Polyamory+ Victoria, will be there to hold space, check your tickets on arrival, and answer any questions from 4:00pm to 9:00pm. Reach out if you need anything. 

Emphasis on Consent

Our event emphasises the importance of consent. What do we mean by “consent”?
Consent is a freely given, reversible, informed, enthusiastic, and specific agreement between all parties involved in an interaction. It's about respecting boundaries and ensuring everyone feels safe and empowered to make their own choices.

Please do note the intent of this event is a social meetup, it is not a dating or hookup event. Our Policy and Expectations are available via our website. 

Venue:

• Bean in the Woods Cafe Ringwood

• A queer, non-monogamous and kink friendly venue in the heart of Ringwood.

• Food & Drinks: Full kitchen with a variety of food and drink options, including coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic beverages. Whole menu is gluten free. Please help us maintain our relationship with the venue by not bringing other food into the venue.

• Accessibility: the venue is wheelchair accessible. 

• Bathrooms: accessible toilets located in the Ringwood Square Shopping centre

Finding us at the Venue 

Polyamory+ Victoria is occupying the entire Bean in the Woods cafe, so you simply need to present your ticket at the door.

As a Non for Profit organization, we aim to ensure access for everyone who wants to engage with the community. If you're able to support the future of Polyamory+ Victoria, please consider making a contribution.

Getting There:

• Driving: Free parking on site.

• Public Transport: Close to Heatherdale and Ringwood train stations.
  

Important Notes:

• Tickets: Please RSVP by grabbing a ticket so we can manage numbers, this is important for volunteers and staff at the venue.

• Privacy: Be mindful and cautious if you see fellow attendees outside of this event. Not everyone is out. 

• Assistance: If you need assistance during the event, feel free to reach out to one of our volunteers.

Feel free to bring board games! The venue also has some available.

If for some reason you are no-longer able to attend please do cancel your tickets so others can attend, you are able to cancel at any stage. When you receive your ticket it has a 'Manger order' button under the QR code, click this to find the cancellation area. If you have a paid ticket, you can refund up to 1 day before.
