Poly Phase is a non-for-profit collective that aims to empower dancers with a purpose behind raving. A project that aspires to harness the power of music beyond the dancefloor.

On the 6th of February, a 7.8 magnitude earthquake hit the South of Turkey and northern regions of Syria. Statistics fail to detail the immeasurable and incomprehensible losses for those who called these parts of the world home.

With the approximate death toll rising upwards of 46,000, Polyphase is a platform that provides dancers with an opportunity to directly aid and assist the rebuilding of society. With this in mind we have chosen to donate all profits from this event to the: “Save the Children’s Turkey and Syria Earthquake fund”.

We are passionate about providing funds to those affected in Southern Turkey and Northern Syria in an effective and direct manner. All money donated to the “Save the Children’s” earthquake fund will be channelled directly to children impacted by the earthquake. With funds used to provide shelter, food and warm clothing to the thousands of young children who have been violently displaced as a result of the natural disaster. 

Proceeds from each ticket will be donated to the fund, and we are encouraging further donations through the ‘Additional Donations’ box on our humanitix site, or in one of our donation boxes on the night. If you are able and happy to make a donation, we greatly thank you for your generosity.

By working closely with venues & artists, our collective revolves around upholding our values for a sound and successful party: safety, inclusivity and openness. Crystalised by a smorgasbord of musical talent, we aim to give attendees a great reason to come and dance.

Polyphase is about respectful and purposeful raving. The creation of a space for attendees, dancers and Dj’s that is inclusive regardless of background.

There is a strict zero tolerance policy towards racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism or any kind of antisocial behaviour. Please report any unwelcome behaviour to staff or event organisers.

PolyPhase acknowledges the traditional owners of the land, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to their elders past, present and emerging, and acknowledge that the struggle against colonial violence continues. Sovereignty has never been ceded.
