Ponsonby Run Club Summer Series

Ponsonby's free Friday run club is back for summer.

Ten Fridays, 2 October to 4 December, then we're done for the year. The clocks have gone forward, the sun is up past 6, so we're making the most of it.

Meet at the office, 19 Mackelvie St, at 5:45. We run at 6.

Out the door, down through Grey Lynn Park and out towards Cox's Bay. 20 minutes out, 20 minutes back, and we all roll back into Mackelvie St around the same time.

Run it, jog it, walk bits of it. Nobody gets timed. Nobody gets left behind.

Then the BBQ's on. Sausages and drinks, all free.

Hang around, meet a few people, then head off into Ponsonby.

The world is your oyster.
