Altera Terra Pop-up Café at Haileybury

Available booking dates are;  Tuesday, 11 June - Friday, 14 June, Monday, 29 July, Tuesday, 30 July, Thursday, 1 August and Friday, 2 August

Thank you for your booking at the 2024 VET Hospitality students’ Pop up café.

As was done in previous years, all food will be served by the Unit 3&4 Front of House students as part of their SAC assessment. Our MasterChef Sebastian Simon returns to prepare menu items for you this year.

The café menu will have a limited choice of items and a limited number of each item to order, so please don’t be offended if your first preference to be chosen on the day is sold out. You will find the café menu at each place seating and recommend you have a few options ready to order to see what is available.

Finally, Simon has endeavoured to present a menu across common dietary requirements, and some adjustments can be made to dishes upon ordering. Specific dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking tickets.

Small tables are best to spread the work out across many students. Please be on time for your booking (not early, and also not late!) as we are staggering the bookings to make service smoother for the students. Please communicate any changes to bookings as quickly as possible so they get through. With such small numbers of each service we want to maximise our customers each day.
