POP-UP MAT PILATES

Arrival:
please arrive 5-10 minutes prior the class starts.

Location: 
196A Military Rd. Henley Beach, SA 5022.
**The Community Centre is behind Ramsgate and next to Henley Bch Police station.

Parking:
There are 6-8 parking spaces at the Community Centre. Otherwise, there are available car parks along Military Road, Main Street, and on East Terrace. 

Bring your own: MAT, towel, and water :)

About Me:

My name is Nicole! I have been practicing mat and reformer Pilates as a regular form of exercise for 8 years and 5 years of teaching. 

In my teaching I strive to create a fun, safe, and supportive environment where everyone feels good and empowered to enjoy their Pilates practice. My goal is to help individuals connect with their body and feeling uplifted after the class. 

I am looking to meet you in person! See you there.
