Join us for a 45-minute Mat Pilates session: a low-impact, full-body workout that focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing posture through controlled movements and mindful breathing. Perfect for all levels.

-Your own yoga/Pilates mat
-Water bottle
-Hat or sun protection
