Event Highlights:

🕯️ Refill Your Jars: Bring your cleaned, empty candle jars and refill them with fresh, aromatic wax. Give your beloved jars a second life and enjoy your favourite candles all over again.

🪔 Custom Wicks: Our guide will help you select the right wicks for your jars, ensuring a perfect burn every time. 

🌸 Variety of Fragrances: Choose from a delightful array of fragrances to customise your candles. Whether you love floral, fruity, or spicy scents, we’ve got something for everyone.

🤗 Flexible Drop-In: Unlike our usual workshops, this is a pop-up experience to get your candle jars refill. You will receive a guide with instructions to follow along the different stations.

🕯️ Note: Your candles will need to cure overnight and will need to be picked-up from our venue. We cannot offer shipping for this experience.

Pricing Details:

Booking Fee: $25 to secure your time slot, which will be deducted from your total price on the day.

Final Price: $8 per 100g of candle weight. Your booking fee will be credited toward your final total, which will be calculated based on the weight of your candles.

To give you a rough idea, a 200g jar refill would cost $16 and a 400g jar refill would cost $32.

Q: How clean do my jars need to be before bringing them to the workshop?
A: Your jars should be thoroughly cleaned, with no wax residue or wicks. This ensures a smooth and safe refilling process and helps us provide the best possible results for your candles.

Q:What types of fragrances will be available for the candles?
A: We offer a wide variety of fragrances, including floral, fruity, spicy, and earthy scents. You’ll have plenty of options to choose from to create a personalised candle that suits your preferences.

Q: How is the final cost of my candle refill calculated?
A: The final price is based on the weight of the candle you refill, charged at $8 per 100g. This cost cover the wax, fragrances and wicks you will need. The $25 booking fee you pay upfront will be deducted from this total on the day of the workshop. 

Q:What if I don’t have a jar to bring? Can I still participate?
A: Yes, you can still participate! We will have a few extra jars available for those who don't have their own. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure to have one ready for you. These will cost $4 each.

Q:Is there any flexibility in the time I can drop by, or do I need to arrive at a specific time?
A: You can drop by anytime between 2 PM and 5 PM. There’s no need to rush or stick to a strict schedule. Simply come when it’s convenient for you within that time window and enjoy the workshop at your own pace. People will start the process on a first-in-first-served basis, so you might have to wait for a little, depending on when you arrive.
