Stall Holder tickets $65 for this venue

Stall size:3mx3m perfect size to share a stall with friends!  

This covers:

• Hire of venue (each venue differs)
• Advertisement of the event
• Set up and pack up for the day
• Cleaning fee
• Public liability
• Stall space

GAZEBOS ARE INCLUDED BUT RACKING AND TABLES NOT INCLUDED But available for HIRE!

Racking: $15 each- large heavy duty racking (1.5m long, 0.5m Wide) $15 EACH and will be set up for you before your arrival, only 26 available for hire. Rack fits 50 hanging clothes

Tables: $10 each you can hire 3 per Stall - 1.2m Long camping tables are available for hire -10 available. Set up for you before your arrival

Gazebos: Provided and set up before your arrival

Stall holders 

• Create your own small piece of paradise, selling your preloved treasure.
• Indoors event
• Sell your preloved women's, men's or children's clothing and accessories. Any size/ gender or age group.
• Decorate your stall as you please within a 3x3m space
• For this venue you can BYO racking or large table as long as it fits in your space whilst still allowing room for shoppers to browse. Rack and table available for HIRE!
• You are more than welcome to bring a camping chair for comfort.
• Share a stall with a friends, 3 People per stall
• Under 18’s are allowed but need to be with a supervising parent or guardian.
• Signs for your stall will be available to print off and sent in an email to you.
• Stall holder guide will be emailed to you with more information
• Example of Payment from shoppers: PayID, Bank Transfer or Cash (Float of $100 for change recommended)
• No refund

Timeline

Arrive at 7am for set up -7:45am latest for arrival to set up (Set needs to be completed by 8:30am)

9am doors open -1pm doors shut 

2pm pack up complete

What items can you sell ?

This venue stall size is 3mx3m, allowing for some larger items to be brought and sold

Clothes any size, age or gender

• Jewellery, shoes, handbags, hats, any accessories
• Maternity
• Books
• Sporting equipment
• Kids toys
• Baby equipment eg. Prams, bouncers etc
• NO handmade
• Unfortunately NO FOOD! under this ticket, if you would like to sell you will need to contact Peta 0449 896 380

Shoppers

• FREE Entry
•  Outdoor event
• Bring bags for your purchased goodies
• Bring the Family! There is activities for all ages 
• Bring cash 💵
• Heaps of Parking available
• No Dogs allowed inside the shopping zone, service dogs only. This is still a dog friendly event just not near the clothing racks please 
• Food trucks on site
