Experience the 6th PORCH BLUES event – OUR FIRST FOR THE YEAR! Held at this historic venue, set amongst the streets of a bygone era. Located in Caboolture – less than an hour's drive from Brisbane or Sunshine Coast. NOTE: Food and drinks are BYO.

We have three top class artists together, bringing you their best for an afternoon of live blues music!:

• DILLION JAMES – 1:00pm to 2:00pm
A popular QLD bluesman blending melody and rhythm, Dillion brings the New Orleans piano groove, with funky Hammond organ. His powerful stage presence will grab you with his first touch of the keys. Dillion is a festival favorite, and has enjoyed #1 spot on the Australian Blues Charts. Get ready for some toe tappin', tail shakin’ blues fun! 

• ZED CHARLES – 2:00pm to 3:00pm
Host and exceptional blues player, Zed has performed across the genre in all styles of blues – be it his solo or band work. Working solo with multi-instruments on his new blues album release “Hear My Word”, or performing hard rock blues to thousands on tour with the Crusty Demons (USA) and at festivals across blues stages, Zed always brings the goods to blues lovers! Zed has also been in the #1 spot on the Australian Blues Charts, co-writing "Ice Cream Man" with 8 Ball Aitken. BASEQ President Robin Jones brings added flavor to Zed’s Porch Blues set with his harp playing expertise.

• ANGELA FABIAN with THE BIG JAM – 3:00pm to 5:00pm
Renowned songstress Angela, will be front and centre of a favorite part of the day – (the almost "world famous") artists' blues jam! And Porch Blues does it so well! You will be captivated by her infectious energy and inspiring voice. "The Big Jam" will be on fire with these incredible blues artists and special guests.

NOTE: Short breaks will be scheduled between acts to allow for changeovers.

CAR: Easy access from the M1. Less than 1 hour's drive from Brisbane or Sunshine Coast.
PARKING: Free onsite parking.
TRAIN: Caboolture Station - 3km from the venue, with taxis out front.
BUS: Courtesy bus will be offering a single pick up/drop off service at Caboolture Station.

Q: Can I bring my own chair to the venue?
A: No – Chairs are provided for both indoor and outdoor areas. To avoid overcrowding, please do not bring any seating with you.
  
Q: Is the event weather dependent?
A: No – Unless there is a severe weather warning, the event will still proceed rain, hail or shine.

Q: Is this event under cover?
A: The main event space is undercover – however, attendees can enjoy the music from the outdoor open spaces. Please come prepared for weather conditions and pack hats/sunscreen/umbrella in case you may need them.

Q: Are ticket refunds offered?
A: No – All ticket sales are final with no refund policy. You may transfer/gift your tickets to friends or family if you are unable to attend personally.

Q: What time do doors open?
A: Attendees for PORCH BLUES may arrive at "The Hotel" venue from around 12pm midday, prior to the1:00pm music start time by showing their paid ticket for entry. No entry to venue prior to midday.

Q: Can I visit the historical village with my event ticket purchase?
A: This event is at "The Hotel" located inside the village. If you wish to explore all the Historic Village has to offer, you can come earlier, or on a different day - purchase entry tickets at the front office for this purpose. Check the website for more info - https://www.historicalvillage....
