Three little piggies went out to seek good beer, and pork n’ pales was born.
This WA Beer Week, experience the collab of three legendary Perth venues coming together for a progressive feast of locally sourced produce and delicious craft pales.
For just $59pp, event goers can expect to wolf down three heavenly pork courses, guided by a beer expert from each venue to lead the tastings and bring the banter.
STOP 1 // The Generous Squire ~ Meet us here at 6pm to kick off your tour
Our 3 little beer legends will kick the tour off over a droolworthy pulled pork slider topped with James Squire bacon jam. Your entrée will be paired to a pint of the Juicy Lucy brewed on site for the ultimate pork & pale combo.
STOP 2 // Varnish on King
Take a short walk up the road & join us underground for a shared table feast at the iconic Varnish on King. Beer lovers will indulge in crispy pork belly and sweet potato mash, toasted fennel seeds, braised fennel bulb and butter jus – served with the landmark Pale Ale, Pirate Life South Coast.
STOP 3 // Market Grounds
Last but not least, the piggy’s will lead you to Market Grounds to finish the dinner on a sweet note. Think of an ice-cream sundae topped with caramelised bacon and made to match a refreshingly sublime pint of Voodoo Ranger to finish.
