Port Fairy Repair Cafe Event Saturday 15th March 2025

Throw it away - NO WAY .... book yourself in for a spot at the Port Fairy Repair Cafe.

Port Fairy Repair Café is a free monthly community event to repair, renew and reuse items such as clothing, furniture, electrical appliances, bicycles, mechanical equipment and appliances, toys, garden tools and general household goods.  

Examples of repairs and fixing you can book for each category are:

- Clothing/textiles: holey jumper, ripped skirt
- Bikes: wonky wheel, squeaky brakes, pedal fallen off
- Electrical items: stereo, lamp, mix master
- Mechanical items: mower, sprinkler
- Jewellery: missing clasp, chain broken
- General & wooden household items: for eg items may need gluing, wooden furniture

Please book one item per 30 min slot.

If time slots are booked out for your fix, please join the wait list in case of cancellations. You are very welcome to turn up without a booking and we will do our best to fit you in.

BOOKINGS ARE RECOMMENDED
We always try to accommodate everyone who visits, however we will prioritise bookings first, and will fit in other fixes if/when we have time. To avoid disappointment, please book! 

This is a FREE, volunteer-run community event, however donations are always welcome (there is a donation box at the registration table).

If you have booked and can longer attend, please cancel by clicking on 'UPDATE order' (underneath your ticket barcode) in your confirmation email and follow the links to 'refund'.
