Who is Arlene, and what is Ngarraliyn ?
Arlene Gili Mehan is a Birpai and Dunghutti woman guided by deep relational intelligence and sacred ecological connection. Arlene gently supports people to reconnect with more-than-human kin, deepen their awareness, and embody respectful ways of being in relationship with place. In this session, Arlene will share Ngarraliyn, deep listening as relational ceremony where you will be introduced to a new way of listening. You will be invited to consider how sound, silence, and ecological kinship can transform approaches to caring for self, community, and the natural world.
Arlene’s sessions are nourishing and grounded in presence. Participants are invited into a gentle experience of Ngarraliyn, where listening to sound becomes an act of connection.
The session will also include the sharing of native teas, offered as sensory nourishment that supports the practice of deep attunement.
