Special Olympics SA - 2024 Ten Pin Bowling Competition

3rd to 4th of August 2024 - Port Pirie Bowland - 14th of July Registrations close.

THIS TICKET ONLY COVERS THE ENTRY FEE FOR BOWLING, PURCHASERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ORGANISIING THEIR OWN FOOD, TRANSPORT AND ACCOMMODATION.

Special Olympics is dedicated to promoting social inclusion through shared sports training and competition experiences and is offering a 2 or 1 day bowling competition at Port Pirie Bowland on the 3rd and 4th of August.

  • This competition is only available to 2024 fully registered Special Olympics Athletes.
  • If you are a registered member but do not train at Port Pirie, Elizabeth, Cross Roads or Noarlunga Ten Pin Bowling programs please email us on info.sa@specialolympics.com.au before completing a registration.
  • Participant registers as an individual.
  • You will need to provide your own food, meals can be pre-ordered at your weekly training and paid for at the Port Pirie venue on the day. 
  • Optional dinner will be organised for the Saturday night, meals are to be paid for at the venue
  • Drinks are available to purchase, or you may bring your own.
  • Bowling format will be 3 games in either the morning or afternoon session. You will be allocated a session by the program organisers.
  • Athletes are strongly encouraged to have a parent/carer/support worker present and on site during the event. Our sport volunteers will be facilitating the delivery of the event and are therefore unable to be assigned specifically to athletes or be responsible for supervising athletes throughout the event.
  • The event has a maximum capacity and therefore it is encouraged that you book on early to avoid missing out.
