Join experienced breathwork and sound facilitators, Nick & Ananda in an immersive experience where ancient modalities meet modern healing.

Through Rebirthing Breathwork, we will dive deep into the subconscious, clearing energetic blockages and inviting a sense of renewal in this safe and sacred space. Paired with the alchemical frequencies of live sound healing, this sacred journey will guide you to a place of alignment, peace, and deep connection.

WHAT TO BRING: 
Warm comfortable clothing, Fresh water, a note pad & pen if you feel inspired to journal any insights gained.

Note: Avoid caffeine on the day of the sound journey. Eat lightly, in the morning & in the hours leading up to the ceremony, as this will enhance your breathwork & sound healing experience. Remember to always listen to your body first however, & stay well hydrated.
