Patrick is an ACC Coach credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He has over 500 hours of coaching and facilitation experience. He is certified in several coaching tools including "Print" and The Leadership Circle. He has a particular interest in evidence-based practices. He has trained through the Neuroscience School in Canada and is one of seven trainers authorised to facilitate this course in Australia. His training concerning Positive Neuroplasticity was direct with Rick Hanson. He is very involved in the ICF coaching community and is a past branch president.
