Feel Confident to Use Journaling as a tool for mental and emotional wellbeing 

Journaling is a way of listening to thoughts and emotions as you express yourself through the act of writing. There is no right or wrong way of journaling, yet it can be difficult to get started. Journaling is a way of de-cluttering your mind, and offloading your emotions, and in doing so helps you to take a step back, creating more space within. This space is fertile ground for reflection, insight, and the voice of a wiser self to emerge. 

Research shows us that expressing writing is beneficial for our wellbeing, in particular mental and emotional health
