Event description

Fostering a positive workplace culture starts with understanding and action. Positive Workplace Practices equips team members and leaders with the knowledge and skills to create a respectful, inclusive, and supportive work environment.

This course explores how to identify and address behaviours that could lead to bullying, harassment, or discrimination, and how to support diversity and inclusion. Participants will also learn how to recognise psychosocial hazards and contribute to a mentally healthy workplace.
