Event description

To celebrate Postdoc Appreciation Month, the NYU Langone Scientific Community is invited to celebrate the exciting research conducted by postdocs at NYU Grossman School of Medicine by attending the Postdoc Slam 3-minute Talk Competition! Communication skills will be put to the test as our postdoc finalists attempt to explain their research effectively in three minutes using only one slide.

Out of over 30 who auditioned, eleven postdoc finalists have been chosen to advance to the finals and have received public speaking training. Our judges will choose 3 winners, and 1 winner of the People's Choice Award will be chosen by the audience in attendance.
