Our classes are designed to support mums in their postnatal journey. They are delivered at The Infants' Home in Ashfield by Hannah Dence. Hannah is a qualified fitness professional who specialises in safe return to exercise for mums.

This is not your average mums & bubs class. Hannah focusses on mental health, connection, and community (as well as exercise) as she believes these elements are crucial to mums as they navigate their new phase of life with baby in tow.

We offer a safe and welcoming space for mums to move their bodies in a way that feels good. We want Mums to be able to take care of themselves and prioritise self-care.
