Postnatal Movement Class
Event description
Our classes are designed to support mums in their postnatal journey. They are delivered on site in Ashfield by Hannah Dence. Hannah is a qualified fitness professional who specialises in safe return to exercise for women in all stages of motherhood.
This is not your average mums & bubs class. Hannah focusses on mental health, connection, and community (as well as exercise) as she believes this is crucial to Mums as they navigate their new life with baby in tow.Â
We offer a safe and welcoming space for mums to move their bodies in a way that feels good. We want Mums to be able to take care of themselves and prioritise self-care.Â
Our classes are not about fitness and aesthetics. They are about:
- building confidence,
- boosting mood,Â
- meeting like-minded women who understand the wild ride of motherhood,Â
- and returning to movement/exercise in a safe manner through rebuilding from the inside out.Â
