Event description

This is a 1.5 hr creative, hands on workshop. This is a workshop where participants can make a hand carved cheese platter using clay. They will use handbuilding techniques to shape their platter using a warm brown clay with a light iron speckle.   Participants will use tools to carve their playters detail and choose a glaze colour that i will then complete after its been bisque fired. Suitable for beginners.

The creation will then dry, i will fire it, glaze it, then send it for it's final firing before being ready for collection.

The amazing and purpose built space at Arteyrea here in Port Lincoln is the perfect venue.  Please bring along a water bottle.

If your ready to take that next step in creating something using hand building this is a great introduction. Participant will receive approx 750 grams of clay to work your magic.

While I have allocated 1.5hrs for this workshop, some participants will finish earlier or need an extra 10 to 15 mins.

The finished piece will be ready in 5 to 6 weeks after the workshop.

Thank you for supporting this little business of mine. I hope you love it as much as I do.

This workshop can be offered for private functions and group bookings, team bonding work events, girls night in initiatives, hens party. Feel free to share your ideas and i will accommodate where i can. 😊

Minimum of 15 required.
