Somatic Breathwork: You’ll be guided through a gentle, conscious breathwork journey to move stagnant energy and reconnect with your body in a safe and supportive way.

Reiki & Energy Balancing Touch: Allow the soothing flow of Reiki energy and gentle touch to guide your system into deep relaxation and harmony.
