To Come Back to Our Roots! To feel the full expression in Movement and Dance with Every Limb of Your Body without Fear! To drop into your Primal Connection with Others and Most Importantly in Ourselves.
JOIN us Feb 4th for this Beautiful Monthly Experience for All to Connect to Their Primal through Afrobeats, Fusion, Latin and More. A twist on Escastic Dance giving a sense of Power, Liberation, and Joy.
Guided by Abigail Wake as she guides us to feel safe and grounded in the body, connects the male and female energy, and let's us wild to the tunes of DJ Ryzen as we dance the night away. Closing, Abigail will integrate the grounding connection and movement with a drum and sound meditation to bring us back home to the body.
This Experience is for Everyone. Men&Women Welcome in this Space. This is a NonAlchoholic and DrugFree Event. Please bring a waterbottle/towel, we will sweat, and after we dance we will have a moment of breathe and reflection to come back together.
