Power Botany 17: Glenbrook Gorge
Event description
POWER BOTANY 17: Glenbrook Gorge
with Solly
Meet at Glenbrook Gorge trailhead (in the carpark) at 10:00am.
We will attempt the Glenbrook Gorge and Lapstone Tramway Loop (track details here). This will be a reasonably long walk, about 9km and a little rough, but we'll take it slow. Wear sturdy close toed shoes, please bring plenty of water (at least 2 L), a rain coat/extra layer, some lunch, swimmers (if you're feeling brave), and a good attitude.
We will be walking on Darug land. This is and always will be Aboriginal land. Please be respectful of this land and think about indigenous peoples' ongoing care and connection to this land and waters.
Let me know if you’d like to hitch a lift from nearby Glenbrook station, but spots are limited!
Any other questions or accessibility needs that you would like to discuss please message me on instagram @sollyfrank or email me!
