Power in the Calmness - Breath Guides original journey
Event description
Who is it for?
The “Power in the Calmness” breathwork journey is designed for those who feel stretched thin—mentally, emotionally, and energetically. It’s for people who are constantly overwhelmed, anxious, or burnt out by the demands of everyday life. If you often feel unheard, overlooked, or afraid to speak up, this session offers a safe space to come back to your body, connect with your truth, and rebuild the confidence to honour it. Whether you’re new to breathwork or a returning participant, this experience meets you where you are and helps you return to yourself—calm, clear, and grounded.
Description:
Step into “Power in the Calmness,” a Breath Guides, original Somatic Breathwork journey that supports you in quieting the mental noise and coming home to your voice. In this immersive experience, we’ll explore how unresolved stress, fear of judgment, and blurred boundaries can disconnect you from your own truth. Using breath as the guide, you’ll create space to feel what’s been silenced, release what no longer belongs, and rewire the inner dialogue that tells you you're not enough.
This journey isn’t just about relaxing—it’s about reclaiming your energy, your clarity, and your right to speak up and stand firm. Expect a blend of conscious connected breathwork, gentle journaling, and guided somatic release to help you access a calmer, more empowered version of yourself.
Raised in a deeply musical home with a big band musician for a father, Nat brings a finely tuned ear and curates every soundtrack to guide, uplift, and energise your breathwork journey.
Whether you're a seasoned breathwork enthusiast or a newcomer curious about stepping onto the path of self-care, these sessions will cater to your needs. Expect an immersive journey which changes every time - experience tranquil, meditative states, and a joyous celebration of mind, body, and spirit.
