For PIA Collective members in CAP training (1-1 and Groups). In extending your learning, your role is to support Louie & the participants. To be a practice partner, you must be available for all 4 days of the delivery, plus an hour before and an hour after for prep & debrief on each of these days. IN-PERSON: Each PP will take responsibility for preparing a simple vegetarian lunch for everyone on either the 2nd or 3rd day. We may also meet for a 1.5 - 2-hour debrief in the week after POPIA. Each Practice Partner will share out the participants and offer each person 4 x 1hr hosting sessions in the 4 months after POPIA. This will be a chance for you to practice hosting & for them to experience being hosted 'on the mat'. ONLINE POPIA: Attend a minimum of 2 prep calls (1-1.5hrs) before POPIA starts; one to take place before the 3 orientation calls start, and one to take place between the orientation calls. Attend one 1.5-2-hours' debrief within 10 days of POPIA finishing. Attend all 3 orientation calls with the participants and be online half an hour before each one. COMMIT to all of these sessions so we provide a stable team for participants.
