As polling day gets closer, the campaign pace picks up, and so does the pressure. POWER TO THE FINISH is Women for Election’s four-week live program designed to help women candidates stay focused, supported and ready for the final stretch.

Across four interactive weekly sessions, you’ll work alongside other women navigating the same campaign journey, with practical support, expert insights and space to tackle the challenges that matter most right now.

And for Victoria, we’re doing something a little different.

Weeks 2 and 3 will feature two special guests, exclusively available to POWER TO THE FINISH participants, giving you access to practical skills designed specifically for the realities of campaigning in the public eye.

What to expect

🌟 October 20th 12pm AEDT - Power to the Finish Kick Off
Kick off the program by getting clear on your priorities, working through your campaign to-do list and identifying where to focus your time and energy in the final stretch.

🌟 October 27th 12pm AEDT - SPECIAL GUEST SESSION: Verbal Self-Defence
Learn how to recognise bad-faith debate tactics, hold your ground under pressure and respond without being pulled onto someone else’s terms. This practical session will help you stay composed, protect your message and speak to the audience that really matters.

🌟 November 3rd 12pm AEDT - SPECIAL GUEST SESSION: Navigating Incivility & Difficult Conversations
From hostile interactions while doorknocking to tense exchanges online or on the campaign trail, learn practical strategies to de-escalate difficult conversations, set boundaries and stay grounded without losing your voice or your edge.

Bring it all together as we head towards election day — troubleshoot challenges, share what’s working and focus on the final actions that will help you finish your campaign strongly.
