This FREE session is delivered by our popular and loved Senior Master Trainer, Linda, and will be modified so that it is easy to follow. It will get you up and moving, and you will leave this session feeling strong, empowered, and with a smile on your face!
To follow along you will need a mobile device, laptop, or tablet with reliable internet. Comfortable activewear and shoes are recommended, with a small amount of space to move and dance
