Get healthy and fit with Phoenix Park Neighbourhood House.

Want to improve your balance, posture, and flexibility? This 'Buff Bones' session is for you!

JOIN US weekly every Tuesday for a restorative program.

This FREE session is delivered by our certified pilates trainer Robyn. These weekly sessions will explore and focus on improving your balance, posture, and flexibility and is particularly great for folk who have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia. It is a safe, effective low impact workout.

There are basic physical requirements for the class, which include good balance and the ability to get down on the floor and back up again. 

To follow along you will need a mobile device, laptop, or tablet with reliable internet. A floor yoga or pilates mat is recommended along with comfortable well-fitted activewear and grip socks.
