Delivered by talented and qualified Yoga Instructor Dianne
A gentle yoga class incorporating stretches, postures, breathing and relaxation. Good for beginners or for those wanting to maintain flexibility. All sessions will be delivered live at Phoenix Park. So roll out your yoga mat and wear some comfortable clothing and take an hour out for yourself with us.
