Setting up for safety: checking how secure your current technical environment is, including data access, permissions, privacy and governance basics.
AI readiness: defining your business goals/strategy, identifying your motivation for using AI and getting clear on the outcomes you are seeking.
Where to start with AI adoption, including people, process and change management considerations.
Demonstration of a practical AI application using Microsoft Copilot, tailored to common SMB scenarios. (Most SMBs use Microsoft Licensing regardless of device type so this will be the most natural fit).
