Most AI training for analysts teaches prompts. Prompts are the least durable part of the skill.

This programme is twelve weeks because the useful version of this is not a technique — it is a rebuilt working method, applied to the actual sequence a Business Analyst works through, from investment shaping through to benefits realisation.

The organising question in every session is the same: what changes when AI enters this step, what does not, and what can you defensibly put your name to?

Who this is for

Practising Business Analysts, Senior BAs and BA leads who are already competent in the discipline and now need a working method for using AI in it — not an introduction to the technology. Useful if your organisation is about to hand every analyst a licence and hope for the best.

What we cover

Where AI genuinely helps across the BA lifecycle, and where it quietly degrades the work
Investment shaping and business case analysis with AI in the loop
Elicitation and stakeholder synthesis — turning interviews, workshops and transcripts into defensible analysis rather than plausible summaries
Requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria: drafting, critique, and the review discipline that catches confident nonsense before a stakeholder sees it
Process and data analysis — As-Is, To-Be and gap analysis
Traceability, impact assessment and change control at speed
Test support, UAT and benefit tracking
Governance and accountability: what you sign your name to, how you record where AI was used, and what you tell an auditor
Building a reusable pattern library you keep after the course ends

What you leave with

A rebuilt end-to-end working method, tested against your own work across twelve weeks
Your own library of patterns and checks, built during the course
A defensible position on governance you can take back to your organisation
