Event description

Do you want to know how to help your students get the best out of their voices?

ARE YOU A SINGING TEACHER in your FIRST 5 YEARS of TEACHING?

Join Naomi Lewandoski from ANATS NSW in this interactive and fun workshop designed for Singing Teachers in the first 5 years of their teaching careers. In this workshop we'll discuss and play with gadgets, props and body movements you can use as a singing teacher. You'll learn about the benefits they have to the student’s voice and learning, and how best to utilise them in your singing lessons. From the why and how of straw phonation to breathing balls, bouncy balls, stretchy bands, balance exercises and linking body and movement, this fun workshop will give you ideas to add to your teaching toolkit and help students develop skills that feel innate.

If you are a teacher with more than 5 years experience this event is not for you! We encourage you to check out our fantastic professional development events for teachers through the ANATS website. :) This year is our National Conference year with some incredible presenters. https://www.anats.org.au/2025-...
