I use an external platform (Zanda Health) for these tickets due to the needs of NDIS invoicing. You will receive a link to the ‘Small Things Social Work Client Portal’ immediately after booking your Humanitix ticket here. Booking through this system Automatically makes you a client profile, and an Informed Consent and Service Statement will need to be signed. This statement is signed through the ‘My Forms’ section of the portal. If you need help with the booking or would like to complete the process together, please use the ‘contact host button’ above the Event Description (on in your Humanitix booking confirmation email) Your default Invoice will stipulate the below wording: NDIS: - Finance code: Skills Development and Training (09_009_0117_6_3) - Capacity Building. - Increased Social and Community Participation Description: Group session focused on enhancing participants' life skills through structured online body doubling. The session supports task initiation, sustained focus, time management, and motivation while working on passion projects and creative activities. Cost is calculated on a 90 minute session divided by 4 participants Note: if an alternate code or wording is required to be used, please contact me to discuss your invoicing needs as other cost codes may also apply dependant on your circumstances and plan.
