ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Dr Cassandra Schefe, AgriSci Pty Ltd, is a soil scientist with over 25 years’ experience in identifying
and addressing soil constraints in agriculture, with expertise and experience spanning from
synchrotrons to soil pits. Cassie holds an Adjunct position with Charles Sturt University, and is
accredited as both a Certified Professional Soil Scientist (CPSS) by Soil Science Australia, and a
FertCare accredited advisor. In 2019 Cassie was awarded the Recognising and Rewarding Excellence
Award from the Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC), Southern Region.
