Practicing the Quiet A Free Fall Bible Study (6 weeks)
Description
Practicing the Quiet
A Free Fall Bible Study
What if hearing God more clearly begins with becoming quiet enough to listen?
We live in a world filled with noise—full schedules, constant notifications, endless information, and the pressure to keep moving. Even when we long for time with God, slowing down enough to notice His presence can feel difficult.
This fall, you’re invited to Practicing the Quiet, a free Bible study and community gathering inspired by John Mark Comer’s Into the Quiet.
Together, we’ll explore what it looks like to step away from the noise and intentionally create space for God. Through reading, Scripture, conversation, and reflection, we’ll consider how the pace and distractions of modern life shape our hearts—and how practices of quiet, stillness, and attentiveness can draw us deeper into the presence of God.
This isn't about adding another thing to your to-do list. It’s an invitation to slow down, listen, and practice being present with God.
Come as you are. Bring your book, Bible and a willingness to make a little more room for quiet.
