Tue, 14 Oct, 4:30am - 6am EDT

Event description

Hi, I'm Alice! Join me for a calming and restorative program designed to ease the effects of stress and build resilience through the ancient practice of pranayama.

Pranayama is the yogic practice of using conscious breath control, incorporating various patterns of inhalation, exhalation and breath retention to enhance physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. These practices can help reduce anxiety, quiet the mind, improve lung capacity and restore balance to the body's energy systems.

What to Expect

Across 6 weeks, you will learn and practice a range of pranayama techniques that:

  • balance and regulate the nervous system

  • promote relaxation and deeper rest

  • enhance clarity, focus and resilience

Each week builds upon the last, giving you both guided practice and clear explanations so you can confidently continue at home.

You'll leave feeling calm, centred and better equipped to meet life's stresses with ease.
