In this 5 Element Gong Sound Meditation, you will be guided through the exploration of the 5 elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether, and their presence all around us as well as within us. This meditation will help you connect deep within before letting the gongs transport you into a deep and transformative journey within and ground your way into the Water season... the season of introspection and deep listening to access our inner wisdom and inner knowing, the season where we can explore our inner world and find our direction within and plant the seeds to sprout and grow in the following season of Spring.

The Gongs and Vibrational Bowls are powerful instruments which allow your body to draw what it needs from them. Their vibrations work with the Subtle Energetic body and can help ground body, mind and spirit, find clarity, shift emotions, move energy through, detoxify the body, improve sleep quality, the list goes on... Each experience is unique to each person. The effects are often subtle and can last for several days.

You will be provided with a few little nibbles at the end to make sure you are bright and ready before 'floating' home or getting behind the wheel.

BYO Yoga Mat, Water bottle, Blanket, Pillow, Eye pillow or a light scarf to cover your eyes if you feel like, blanket to cushion your back... and anything to keep you warm and comfortable lying down for 90 minutes.
