As is customary PRANZ will be holding it's AGM online. Please find meeting details and draft agenda below. The agenda will be confirmed and sent out to all members no later than July 1st.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Packrafting Associaton of New Zealand (PRANZ) will be held as follows:

2. Establish Quroum (10% or financial members), Check/record Attendees

3. Confirmation of the minutes of the previous AGM (2024 AGM Minutes)

4. Presentation of the Committee reports

   1. Chair - Brendon Nevin

   2. Secretary - AJ Esler

   3. Events - Deane Parker

5. Presentation of the Financial Statements - Matt Kneesch

6. Election of Committee Members (at least five and up to nine)

7. General business
