PRANZ Canterbury Safety Skills
Come and join the Canterbury PRANZ chapter for a weekend of safety skills on the Hurunui to get us set up for an awesome and safe season's paddling!
Deane, DK and Glenn will lead on & off-river safety skills and we'll have some fun river runs to practice the new skills as well as to try a few harder moves on easy water.
Self-catered on the Friday night, we'll do a potluck shared dinner on the Saturday and then settle in for tunes by the infamous DJDK, who promises to wear a little sparkly number he's had waiting in the wardrobe for a special occasion like this.
Get ready for fun times, cool moves, new friends and throwing Deane in the river!
Accom is the Shearer's Quarters, with around 18 spots available, and tenting for the overflow or those who prefer the haunting call of a Morepork to the rasping chainsaw of someone's snoring.
We'll coordinate travel nearer the time so book your spot and get ready to Hijack the Hurunui!
