Event description

What's all this about then?

Techno is not just a genre—it’s a cultural force that represents resistance, futurism, and communal experience. From Detroit’s abandoned factories to Berlin’s club culture, from underground raves to contemporary art, techno continues to shape and reflect society.
Exploring All Shades of Techno isn’t just about enjoying more music—it’s about expanding your sonic awareness, emotional depth, cultural knowledge and even physical connection to sound and this is what P R A X I S is all about.
Bongo Steve
cut his teeth in the London underground rave scene in the 90's playing with DJs such as Dave Angel, Marshall Jefferson, Toni De Vit, Luke Brancaccio, and John 00 Fleming. As the resident percussionist at the underground night Trinity at the Chunnel Club in Vauxhall during the mid-to-late ’90s, he honed his craft in high-energy club environments. . Steve will be taking you through a sonic 6 hour experience, with live percussion. This live element bridges the gap between human expression and machine precision, making techno feel more organic, immersive, and unpredictable. Whether subtle or dominant, it enhances groove, energy and ritualistic depth.
