Event description

What does a production manager do anyway?

What does a Production Manager do?

Isn’t that what a Producer does?

Does your show need one?

How do I become one?

In this 1-hour online workshop, Louise will introduce you to the role of Production Management, the linchpin of a successful production, sitting between the Creative and Production teams.

Louise will cover the fundamentals of the role, tips on working with Production Managers, routes into the job, and support systems for early-career PMs.

Tickets are pay-what-you-can from £5.

Louise Gregory
