About the Author:
Preethi Saravanakumar is an award-winning author, poet, and classical Odissi dancer based in Okemos, Michigan. She is the author of 13 books spanning children's picture books, poetry, and fiction, all of which have won multiple awards and are carried in libraries across the USA, including the Library of Michigan. Her picture books Walking with the Sun and The Work of Art on the Wall have received 5-star reviews from Readers' Favorite and Literary Titan. Preethi is passionate about connecting with young readers and regularly visits local public schools for Author Readings and Storytime events.
