Event description

Struggle with writing sophisticated essays for English? Want some targeted help??

In this 2.5-hour HSC Kickstarter Holiday Workshop, we’re going to help you master Essay Writing so that you can feel confident tackling your upcoming Year 11 assessments!

We will help you:
  • Write a Band 6 HSC English Essay for Year 12
  • Craft a compelling thesis statement
  • Identify key ideas to explore in your essay
  • Write a clear, succinct introduction
  • Construct relevant, insightful analysis of your texts
  • Craft topic and linking sentences
  • Round out your essay with a clear conclusion
Why is it important to master this now?

Since students will find it difficult to memorise essays under the current HSC syllabus, understanding the structure and key components of essay writing is more important than ever.
