Prelude 2025
Event description
Prelude 2025
Awakening creative practice through mindfulness and play. Set early in the year, this 2 day workshop series is designed to offer an opportunity to playfully challenge and explore your creative mind before the hard work of the year begins. With a focus on the intersection between creative practice and mindfulness you will experience workshops from visual artist Gabby Willmott, writer/teacher John Irving and movement artists Viv Rogis & Elizabeth Cameron Dalman. Suitable for all levels of experience, from beginner to expert, we hope you can join us at Mirramu Creative Arts Centre to carve out a moment in time to delve into process without judgement and find your joy to carry forward into 2025.
