Prenatal Yoga
Event description
Join Dani (she/her), queer doula and yoga teacher, for this inclusive prenatal yoga class! This class is a space for queer and trans pregnant people to connect, stretch and strengthen the body, and learn tools for labor.
No previous yoga experience needed, this class will be a gentle flow with some guided breath work, as well as time to connect and share with other folks in the community.
