Pregnancy is a time of big changes - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. This 6-week journey offers one-hour classes designed to help you feel more comfortable in your body, ease common aches and pains, and prepare for birth with confidence in a welcoming and supportive space.

Whether you’re taking the time to slow down, prepare for birth, or just needing a deep breath, this journey for you. After class, you also have the option to stay for tea topics with complimentary herbal tea and sweets, a chance to connect with other mums-to-be in this season of motherhood.

Please wear comfortable layers. All props are provided, but feel free to bring any items that help you feel extra cosy and at home.

Ideal for second and third trimester mums-to-be. No experience is needed—come as you are.

Mondays at 6pm 20th & 27th of October and 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th of November.

Spaces are intentionally limited to 10 participants to create a safe, intimate, and supportive environment. A minimum of 4 attendees is needed to bring this experience to life.
