  • Physiotherapy: Mikayla Mestousis, a Physiotherapist and Athletics Australia Coach at Movement 101 Neutral Bay will discuss how to warm up effectively, cool down strategies to promote recovery, and practical race-day tips.

  • Nutrition: Alyssa Deal, a Sports Nutritionist at Consistency Health & Training Co will break down how to fuel your body before, during, and after your marathon to optimise energy, performance, and recovery.

  • Psychology: Susie Kindred, a Clinical Psychologist at Kindred Thriving will explore the mental side of marathon running, helping you develop strategies to manage nerves, goal setting, and staying resilient when fatigue kicks in.

  • Podiatry: Phil De Mestre, Sports Podiatrist at North Sydney Sports Medicine Centre will cover how your feet, footwear, and running mechanics can impact performance.
