    Topic: Structuring Your Workforce for Business Growth

    Bio: Dr Sharna Wiblen is a respected authority in talent management, digitalisation, organisational effectiveness and the future of work. With a unique blend of academic and industry expertise, she promotes responsible talent strategies whereby decisions and actions are deliberate, intentional, and informed.

    Session: This session will explore strategies for attracting and structuring talent and provide practical insights on aligning your talent strategy with your business goals to ensure a team-based approach to growth.


    👉 Speaker  2 - Dr Ethan Nikookar

    Topic: Building resilient and antifragile supply chain

    Bio: Dr Ethan Nikookar is a lecturer of supply chain management  at the University of Wollongong. Dr Nikookar’s primary area of research includes managing disruptions in supply chains. Much of his research is directed at understanding how a supply chain can become resilient and antifragile.

    Session: This session will explores the concepts of supply chain resilience and antifragility. While resilience helps companies survive supply chain disruptions, an antifragile supply chain aims to gain from such disruptions and thrive. Some of the strategies that small businesses can leverage for improving resilience and antifragility in their supply chains will be discussed during the session.
