Share a free skip with your neighbours

A hot, dry summer is fast approaching and bushfires aren’t known for respecting property boundaries. FrontFoot is helping neighbours to work together to cleanup around the home for a safer summer.

At our project planning workshop on 30th August, disaster preparedness was identified as:

EXTREME urgency,

EXTREME impact,

HIGH likelihood, and

MEDIUM difficulty.

So FrontFoot has agreed to release $6,000 from Otford’s $19,200 pool early!

We will provide green-waste skips and kids activities to give parents a window to get the job done.

Participate

• Register your participation (So we know how many skips to order)

• Consider offering help to anyone in your street who is elderly or infirmed

• Get stuck in and do the jobs you've been putting off (Clearing leaves from gutters anyone?)

• We kick-off on the 20th but skips will be available up to the 27th (So you have time)

Host a skip for community use

• Let your neighbours know that they can use the skip on your site

• Skips will be delivered on 18th (We will contact you to confirm details and placement)

• Let us know when the skip is ready for collection

Kids activities so parents can get stuck in

We have organised two creative workshops on the 20th at Otford Hall for priamry aged kids, to give parents a window to get the job done.

• 9am to 12pm - Garden Art

• 1pm to 4pm - Bushcraft

• You can select your preferred workshop when you register

Take a break and relax with your neighbours over lunch at Otford Hall

• 12pm to 1pm enjoy delicious empanadas supplied by Otford Pantry, and thirst quenching Sodaly. Place your order when you register.
